We are Youth Center from Nicosia - North Cyprus, which was founded in 1986. The activities of Youth Center can be summarized under the following topics. ACTIVITIES: As well as participating in international festivals (Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy). Youth Center has organized or contributed to the hosting of International Folk Dance Festivals in Cyprus. We have adult, youth and children folk dance groups consists of 150 dancers. Youth Center published 6 different books, magazine (every 3 month) and 4 Music CD in North Cyprus. Folk Dance Group Repertoire consists of Traditional Folklore Dances of Cyprus: Bekri, Kına Sirtosu, Orak, Sarhoş Zeybeği, Abdal Zeybeği, Susta, Kadın Karşılaması-3, Kadın Karşılaması-4, Konyalı, Feslikan-Vasilica, besides Traditional Cyprus marriage ceremony with different traditions and songs.
